The REMADE Institute is in the process of updating its Technology Roadmap and ensuring that its strategy for self-sustainment focuses on the most pressing national needs and challenges related to reducing the embodied energy and carbon emissions associated with industrial-scale materials production, processing, and EOL disposition.

One of 16 Manufacturing USA Institutes, and the only Institute focused on increasing the United States’ manufacturing competitiveness in sustainable manufacturing, REMADE is hosting a roundtable, concurrent with a Request for Information, to gather broad public input—especially from industry, academia, and non-profit organizations—that may be used as input to update its Technology Roadmap and plan future research and development initiatives over the next five to ten years.
