Remanufacturing Bootcamp: Additive Repair Technology
The five-part short course series is designed for manufacturers new to the reman industry, skilled engineers and technicians, and veteran remanufacturers looking for a deeper, technical dive. The multi-day series will offer insights to advance your capabilities in remanufacturing, as well as a comprehensive dive into the technological advancements delivering widespread benefits to businesses that depend on remanufacturing.
This remanufacturing workshop will build on the principles spotlighted in the Introduction to Remanufacturing short course. Topics covered will provide an overview and training on additive repair technologies, reverse engineering, and design for remanufacturing. Discussions focus on how each technology areas fits within the remanufacturing process and why it is critical to successful remanufacturing. This short course is for new engineers and skilled technicians in the remanufacturing and end-of-life reuse industry. Attendees can participate in a live Q&A session with subject matter experts.
Participants will learn more about:
Additive repair technology for remanufacturing including:
Failure modes and the impact on repair method selection
