Aaron Poynton is the Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of A3 Global, which also owns Hybrid Battery 911 and NuVant Systems. Aaron began his career in the U.S. Army, where he served for ten years, rising from Private to Captain. After his military service, he held commercial leadership and executive roles in global defense, technology, and government markets for over a decade. He previously served as Global Sales Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Senior Vice President at Federal Resources (a Defense Logistics Agency Prime Vendor), and Founder of Omnipoynt Solutions, a global Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) strategy and management consulting firm. Aaron holds an LLM in Commercial Law from the London School of Economics (LSE), an MBA from Duke University, and completed post-graduate studies in the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Aaron is also the Chairman of the American Society for AI, and A3 Global has a REMADE grant for leveraging machine learning for battery prognosis.
A3 Global is led by mobility and remanufacturing luminary Michael Cardone III, former President and Executive Chairman of Cardone Industries. A3 Global is a next-generation company focused on the future of mobility within the circular economy. Its subsidiary, NuVant Systems, is a leader in the research, design, and manufacturing of advanced equipment for battery reconditioning, utilizing electrochemical analysis and machine learning-driven prognosis software to restore Ni-MH and Li-ion batteries. Hybrid Battery 911 specializes in producing premium remanufactured hybrid vehicle batteries—extending battery life cycles, reducing waste, and delivering cost-effective, sustainable solutions for consumers.”

As Circularity Leader, Mrs. Shapiro leads and develops Circular Economy strategy and roadmap implementation for Trane Technologies, a global climate innovator bringing efficient and sustainable climate solutions to buildings, homes, and transportation. With extensive experience in in the built environment and a specialty in helping organizations strategize on progressive goals to achieve comprehensive and innovative sustainability results, she has helped lead and grow corporate programs within the tech, construction and consulting industries. Having earned a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Minor in Business Administration and Masters in Sustainability Management, her professional experience over the past nearly fifteen years, has enabled her to be considered an expert spanning across green design and construction, decarbonization risk management, circularity innovation, and scope 3 GHG supplier emission reductions. She is able to understand the business priorities and cross-functional collaborations necessary to build unique solutions that drive market transformation. Through her experience leading and developing decarbonization and circular strategies for big tech and construction organizations, she has had success planning, delivering and measuring many unique circularity programs.
